REGISTRATION
In order to be confirmed for this program, you must complete the registration form. Click the 'Register Here' button at the top of the page. Once your registration form is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive the confirmation email or have any changes/questions, please contact Evi Schock at eschock@distinctivemeetingsinc.com. 

GUESTS
You are allowed to bring one guest. Guests must be age 21 or older with a valid passport to travel. Your room is double occupancy only.

PASSPORT/TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Passports are required for all travelers to the Dominican Republic. Passports must be valid until August 13, 2026, or 6 months after your return travel date. It is highly recommended that you make a color copy of your passport and keep it in your carry-on luggage. During your stay, there will be a safe located in your guestroom where you may keep it upon arrival. This will assist the consulate in expediting your return home in case of a lost passport. Additional information on the procedures to enter/exit Punta Cana will be provided in your pre-trip information. 


ELECTRONIC TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION TICKET (ETA)
The Electronic Travel Authorization Ticket (ETA) is a digital form you are required to fill out prior to your trip. It is mandatory for all travelers to complete the E-Ticket for the General Immigration Office. To access the application, please use the following link: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/Auth/TravelRegister/
. You can fill in the E-Ticket within 7 days prior to your arrival to the Dominican Republic. 
 
HOTEL CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time at Sanctuary Cap Cana is 3:00pm; every effort will be made to accommodate you when you arrive at the hotel. Luggage storage will be available at the bell stand if you are not able to check in to your hotel room. Pack a swimsuit in your carry-on luggage if you wish to enjoy the pool or beach while your room is being prepared! 

 

Check-out time at Sanctuary Cap Cana is 11:00am. You must check out and get your departure card by this time regardless of your ground transportation departure time. 

EXTENSIONS/UPGRADES
Any changes once your ticket is booked, upgrades, or costs associated with deviating from group travel dates will be at the traveler's expense. Flight seat upgrades or extensions are non-refundable per the airlines. All payments must be received before any upgrades or extensions will be confirmed. Please indicate any special requests on the registration form.

CLIMATE
Punta Cana temperatures in February have an average high of 80 degrees and an average low of 70 degrees. 

TIME ZONE
Punta Cana is located in the Atlantic Standard Time Zone. To check the time over the dates you are in Punta Cana, please check the following website: ​https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/dominican-republic/punta-cana


CELL PHONES
You are encouraged to contact your mobile service provider to understand additional costs and available international packages while you are in the Dominican Republic.


INCIDENTALS
Upon check-in at the hotel, you will be asked to present a major credit card to cover any incidental charges that may occur during your stay (e.g. telephone calls, laundry, movie, gift shop, etc.). The hotel will keep a separate record of these charges. At check-out, be prepared to settle your account with the front desk.


PROGRAM INCLUSIONS
The following items will be provided for you and one guest over the program dates of February 9-13, 2026:

  • Roundtrip airfare between your departure city and Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) on group dates​

  • Four nights, five days at Sanctuary Cap Cana Resort inclusive of current taxes and service charges

  • Roundtrip group airport transfers on program arrival and departure dates only

  • Private Ihrie Supply Cocktail Reception

  • Private Ihrie Supply Hospitality Desk

  • Professional program administration and on-site staff
     

PROGRAM EXCLUSIONS
The following will not be covered:​

  • Costs associated with extending before or after the program​

  • Cell phone charges (voice, text, data)

  • Telephone calls form the resort (local and international)

  • Laundry services

  • In-room movies

  • Purchases from gift shop

  • Spa
